`They always enter into the spirit of things`

Volunteers from Hamoaze House were presented with the DRC Partnership Volunteer of the Year Award for all their hard work at community events.

The Partnership`s Events Committee voted that the volunteers should recieve the award for their enthusiasm and willingness to carry out a variety of tasks to ensure that community events are a success. DRC Partnership Board Vice Chair and Chair of the Events Committee, Will Blagdon, presented the award saying " Hamoaze House brings along a large number of volunteers to all our events. They always enter into the spirit of things and work hard to make sure the community has a good time.

I know they enjoy helping out and the committee wanted to recognise their valuable contribution. Well done and thank you."
