Making a Better Community. Five years into the regeneration programme and residents remain keen to have their say, stay involved and make a difference; 29.5% of the community voted in the 2006 elections, higher than the average for all of the NDCs (24%), electing three more residents to a Board made up of a majority of community representatives.
