The Employment Theme`s aim is to create a vibrant local economy, with quality employment prospects for residents and growth opportunities for local businesses, through increasing skills levels and making it easier to access advice and encourage training linked to employment. Supporting existing businesses and encouraging enterprise is fundamental in bringing increased economic wealth to the area.
