The employment of a Construction Coordinator to ensure a coordinated approach in gaining the maximum benefits to local people of all the physical regeneration of the area.

• To ensure local people have access to the construction opportunities available due to the redevelopment of the area.
• To help develop a local labour programme, facilitate and co-ordinate liaison with developers/contractors and construction training agencies and support local residents wishing to enter the construction industry
