CoastNet
CoastNet is an organisation that works with all coastal interests to promote the exchange of ideas, information and expertise to find long term solutions to coastal problems.
This project aims to work with existing service providers to offer something more to families than advice and guidance. Families would be recommended to them due to (8 -14 yrs) children`s behaviour or having come to the attention of the runaways team or affected others groups or similar.
CoastNet would identify and provide opportunities for families to do things together through activities that provide "team-building" opportunities to help improve relationships between family members.
CoastNet hopes to establish a small neighborhood team to work on local activities that increase community cohesion, working with some of the young people & families requiring the most support and engage with other young people
