Devonport Guildhall Feasibility Study

This study has been jointly commissioned by PCC and DRC Partnership to identify long-term alternative viable uses for the Devonport Guildhall and Column, both Grade1 listed buildings. The study will assess:

• The current layout and proposed costed alternative options
• Prepare outline business plans for identified feasible options
• Identify costed options for retention or disposal
• Prepare a full conservation plan in accordance with the buildings Grade 1 listed status
• Investigate funding sources
• Make input into the design process for the Ker Street/Bullring area
